HOW TO ACCESS OUR SERVICES
As a result of the coronavirus we have had to redesign how we deliver our advice services.
We are still here to offer advice and assistance but can no longer operate a drop in service.

Face to face advice is only available by appointment and only for complex enquiries, such as immigration enquiries, benefits forms or full debt advice or if you cannot access our service by any of the methods above. To book an appointment – telephone 01382 214633
Any paperwork or forms which are to be handled by our advisers must be delivered to the bureau prior to your appointment either electronically or at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment
If you or someone in your household are experiencing symptoms associated with coronavirus, please do not attend the bureau.
People attending for appointments will have to follow the procedures which have been put in place to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
