Are you paying off fuel debt through
a pre-payment meter?

If so then we can assist you to make an application to:

• get a grant to pay off your energy debts owed to your gas and electricity supplier
• get a grant for other essential costs*

We can also help you to:

• apply for a discount from your energy supplier
• reduce your energy costs
• get help to pay bills

A specialist adviser will deliver tailored debt, welfare and energy advice to clients to help tackle fuel poverty across Dundee.

A full debt advice service, covering key areas such as income maximisation, energy advice, applications for relevant discounts and grants, priority register referrals, housing issue advice e.g. landlord and tenant responsibilities and any other advice that will empower clients to have choices and take control of their situation.  

The project's aim is to help lift households out of fuel poverty and by doing so improve health & wellbeing.
